Batter powered, motion sensing, security camera with onboard memory?

My father is convinced he saw a battery powered, motion sensing camera that stored images to a memory card on TigerDirect (or somewhere) several months ago. He want to buy one now. He remembers it being under $100… I’m not sure I believe such a thing exists (or ever existed), but I’m making a excellent-faith effort to help him out.

Does anyone know if such a thing does exist? Who makes it?

He needs to monitor a area to which there is no power — ideally, he’d set it up and come back to review it every week or so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Withdrew $220 and recieved 2/5 of a $20?

I went to Umpqua Bank’s ATM machine in Columbia State Historic Park on Saturday and chose to withdraw $220. When the machine pushed out the bills, it kept 3/5 of a 20 dollar bill. So, I got $200 and 2/5 of a 20 dollar bill. What do I do about this? I’m thinking I must wait till Monday when the bank is open and show them the receipt and question them to review the security camera on the machine. I place the torn piece of the bill into the camera’s view. So, I have the receipt, my girlfriend as a witness, and hopefully, video evidence of it. I should get a whole $20, right?
I also tried to withdraw another $20 hoping it would spit out that other piece of the bill so I could tape it together. I entered how much I wanted; $20 and then pressed the enter key. It took a whole minute for the machine to process and I could hear it working it’s gears or whatever. Then it finally gave me a $20 but no luck on the other bill piece. I’m thinking it went through some sort of cleaning process because of the torn bill piece.

Will walmart let me see cameras?

My wallet was stolen at walmart. It contained cash, ss card. Both mine and my sons. My insurance card and my drivers license. I’m filing a report tomorrow since the police office was closed. Will walmart let me review security cameras? Also, can I get a new drivers license and ss card with just my birth certificate and police report? I now know to leave vital papers at home. No lectures please. Also, what other things should I do besides filing a report to prevent identity theft?

From the horrible speeding camera’s static view you could see the massive oil truck swerve to the right, barely avoiding the deer and her fawn. It kept on turning, before falling with a deafening crash to its side. It slid like a snake across the road, before falling a couple of hundred metres down the massive cliff. The ancient-looking police officer quickly fumpled with the remote, then pushed a button and the Greenwood street’s speeding camera’s view came on. It showed the oil truck rolling down the hill, down the road that went down to the church. The officer pushed another button and the Woods Valley church’s security camera’s view of the diasaster came on.
You could hear the terrified screams of passer bys as the truck continued speeding down the hill, picking up momentum and going quicker as every second goes by.
The officer switched it so it was inside the church. It was a hellhole, it only lasted for a couple of seconds but the consequences were deadly. Someone was secretly lighting a ciggerette, and the oil came on like a tiny wave seconds before the truck came speeding in.
Unfortunatly the ciggerate holder dropped the ciggeratte while it was still lighted, shocked at what was happening, and when the fire started, it spread, seconds after the truck came thrashing in the fire got larger.
Just before the explosion,a young couple started begging for a very young girl with black hair, holding a baby to run outside as quick as they could.
The couple ran after them, but the fire sprinted across their path.
The screen went blank.
Lana woke with a start, everything was blurry and her pillow was wet, she has been crying. She looked at her clock, 3:46 am.
‘It was only a dream, only a dream.’ She said to herself as she place her head back on the pillow

Aunt Louiese has a bit of a country twang in her voice, before Lana’s parents died she lived in Tennessee, USA. She was probably more devastated then Lana was, after all, she has just lost her brother and Lana was only 5 years ancient, she had no thought what was going on. Lana was 12 now.

How do you deal with resistance when becoming a supervisor?

Recently I got promoted to an Area Supervisor. I am getting all kinds of resistance from the employees. Recently I had to talk to an employee for taking a 40 minute break on the clock. And yes, I reviewed the security camera before talking to her about it.

Well, after a day off, I come back into work and the head cashier came to me and questioned me about why I counseled her. Apparently, she is telling everyone that I “was mean to her for going over 5 minutes on her break”.

She insists that she only went over 5 minutes, but we have her on tape.

How would you deal with this situation?
